Ingredients

  • 1 package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix For Chicken (6 oz)
  • 1 can Apple Pie Filling (21 oz)
  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops (1½ lb total), ¾ inch thick

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  3. Spread apple pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Arrange pork chops over the apple layer.
  5. Spoon prepared stuffing over the pork chops to cover.
  6. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Uncover for the last 5 minutes of baking to lightly crisp the stuffing.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
