Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 items Ripe Organic Bananas, Sliced Into Coins
  • 1 Cup Ripe Strawberries, Cleaned And Hulled
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until it begins to foam.
  2. Add bananas, strawberries, and brown sugar. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until sugar melts and fruit begins to soften.
  3. Add bourbon and continue cooking for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fruit is deeply soft and alcohol has cooked off.
  4. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, or pound cake.
